Do I own what is delivered to me?
Yes, all the files we deliver to you are yours to use as you like. You can easily have Staples Advantage print your design files by clicking on 'Print' from either the My Files tab in the Print Center or on your Design Dashboard for completed designs.
Will I get the source files?
Yes, source files are delivered upon request.
How do I download my finished design files?
Your final accepted designs are uploaded to the My Files tab of the Print Center. There you will find a link to download.
How do I contact my design team?
You may reach out to your design team by viewing the project details and clicking 'Ask a question'. We will reply within 3 hours.
How can I rate or leave feedback for my design team about my finished order?
Please click on the 'Feedback' flyout button to the right side of every Staples Advantage page and put in the order number for the design they worked on.
How can I print my finished design?
When your design has been uploaded into My Files, you will see a 'Print' button located on the finished design project which allows you to pick a custom print product to use your design to print.
The provided quote came back at a different level than what I chose in the creative brief. Why?
Our estimators work hard to give the best price available for the work you ask for. When what you have entered in your creative brief, or through communications with the team, expands the scope within the level of service you originally chose, we provide a more appropriate level of service that will give you exactly the design you want.
Where are my designs saved?
You can find all the files for your accepted final designs on the My Files tab of the Print Center as well as in your Design Dashboard.
My quote, proof or final design hasn’t arrived, what can I do?
Quotes will be provided within 24 hours and design turnaround times are below. If these expectations are not met, please reach out to our Customer Support team at or chat with us.
Basic service: 1-2 business days
Standard service: 1-3 business days
Premium service: 2-5 business days
When will I get my final design?
Expected delivery dates are dependent on when quotes and proofs are approved and not subject to a deadline. However, general timeframe expectations are below:

Can I change my mind after the design process starts?
Of course, we want to collaborate with you to deliver your best ideas. If your changes expand the scope of the design you originally accepted, you will receive a quote for additional work.
What if I need more revisions than what is offered in my design project?
More revisions will require a quote for the additional work needed. Please reach out to your design team to initiate a quote for the desired revision.
